Healthy Apple Pie

We love healthy. We love pie! Normally these two don’t mix well. But we got the most delicious (and of course easy) recipe for you. You’ll only be needing 6 ingredients. And we bet you got most of them already at home!

Make sure to stack up on the following items:
– 100 g mixed nuts
– 2 scoops of Granny’s apple pie Whey Protein
– 100 g oatmeal

– 20 g coconut oil
– 50 g raisins
– Cinnamon
– 1 apple (sweet & juicy)
Also:
– Muffin pan

“You’ll only be needing 7 ingredients! And we bet you got most of them already at home!”

Preheat your oven on 180 degrees. Put some coconut oil onto a paper towel and grease up the pan. Mix the nuts, Granny’s apple pie Whey Protein, oatmeal, coconut oil, 1 spoon of cinnamon and half of the raisins together untill you have a nice thick paste. Even out the dough on the muffin pan. Take a scoop of dough, place it in the pan and press it down wit a glass, make sure the edges are pushed up warts so they cover the sides of the muffinvorm. Peal the apple and chop into little pieces. Place in a bowl together with 1 tablespoon of cinnamon and the rest of the raisins. Give the whole mix a good stir before dividing the mixture over the covered cups. Place the pan in the oven and bake for 20 minutes. Keep a close eye on the pies,  when the crust seems to be getting a little dark place a piece of aluminium foil onto the top of the apple pies. After 20 min. (when your pies are nice and golden) take them out and let cool down. Simple as that!
