First things first. Make sure your hands are clean. Then take your coconut rasp and place approximately 250g on a plate. Take your dates, peanut butter, unsalted almonds and scoops of protein powder and mix it until you have a thick paste. Now take a small amount and roll it between your hands until a perfect ball forms. Take it and roll it through the coconut rasp until it’s covered all over. When you’re done place all your coconut covered bonbons on a plate in the fridge and keep them there overnight. The next morning your protein bonbons are ready to enjoy!
