Healthy Cheesecake

Holy moly, this certainly is one hell of a cake! Healthy, easy and super tasty. What more do we want (besides a million bucks) right? You’ve got your fibre, fruits and protein all in one delicious cake. So let’s get started!

What you’ll be needing:
– 3 scoops of Take-A-Whey Whey Protein Berry Fusion
– 750 g greek yoghurt
– 400 g strawberries (or raspberries, or both)
Р8 gelatin sheets
– Red berries for topping
For the bottom:
– 2 full spoons of coconut oil
– 500g Unsalted almonds
– 100g Dates
– 2 cups of oats
Also:
– Springform pan (extra high)
– Mixer

Start with the bottom. Grind one full spoon of coconut oil, the dates, the almonds and oats all together to one thick paste. Spoon the paste onto the bottom of your springform pan and even out with the bottom of a firm glass. Let the bottom harden in the fridge. Now take your strawberries and mash them all up. Heat the mash-up up in a pan but don’t let it boil! When heated add the 8 gelatin sheets. Make sure you’ve placed the gelatin sheets to soak in cold water before adding them to the strawberry mash. Stir the strawberries and gelatin all together and let cool off. Ones cooled add to the 750g of greek yoghurt along with the scoops of whey protein. Hussle all together and when you have a smooth texture poor on top of the bottom that has hardened in the fridge. Put the cake in the fridge for at least 3 hours. Ones done garnish with red berries.
